Kyra and I enjoyed the afternoon by going on a walk through a nature conservancy in Middleton. It was very nice outside--the breeze was cool, the sun was shining, the sky was beautiful, and the birds were singing. I enjoyed spending time with her, and I hope our spring and summer are like this afternoon. Kyra is showing more and more. I'm getting very excited about the baby, and I feel so much joy watching the baby grow. I love holding the baby and Kyra. It is experiences like those today that provide for me a sense of connection to Kyra and the baby.
About
Love of Life, by Kyra and Chris, is a journal chronicling the couple's marriage, pregnancy, and parenthood. The couple became engaged on Valentine's Day and wed in May 2008. Kyra gave birth to their first child, Luca, in October 2008, and their second child, Astrid, in April 2015. The journal title comes from one of Chris's favorite names, Adria, which means "love of life."
